Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy To reschedule your appointment, a new retainer is required at least 2 hours prior to your original appointment time in order to secure a new date and release your reserved time slot. All retainers collected are applied toward your final service balance. Failure to reschedule at least 2 hours in advance will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the retainer.
